The Technology Underfoot

  • Heat-fused ETPU

    AeroForm® is made from expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (ETPU) beads that are fused together using heat and pressure to form a unified midsole.

  • High performance to weight

    As the midsole beads expand into closed-cell foam during manufacturing, tiny air pockets form, reducing weight while maintaining structural integrity.
